Joining our ambassadorship program at the World Youth Organization is a great way to show your support for the charity.
You’ll be able to represent the organisation at events, spread the word about the charity and share your thoughts to our board who make decisions on the running’s of the World Youth Organization.
How will you do this?
As an Ambassador, you’ll have the opportunity to gain new skills, meet new people and take part in a range of activities such as:
- Promoting our campaign actions online
- Engaging your local community in our campaigns
- Attending events
- Speaking at conferences and events
Things you should know:
Becoming an ambassador does not entitle you to a wage, there for the role is purely voluntary. All ambassadors have a minimum stay in the position; which is 6 months (unless disclosed otherwise), but an ambassador can stay and support the organisation for however long they choose after.
What do we expect from you?
We expect ambassadors to attend as many events as possible, spread the word about the organisation through social media, and to speak to attendees at events and conferences.
The World Youth Organization will of course publicize your ambassadorship with the organisation through our social media and press distribution, please be aware of this before showing interest.
How can I become an ambassador?
Ambassadorship is not open to the public, it’s through invite only. We accept recommendations. If you are interested in making a recommendation, please, engage with us through Twitter.
Please also note, the charity holds the right to terminate an individual from ambassadorship if the organisation sees it fit to do so and in the best interest of the World Youth Organization.
You will be part of the face of our organisation. It’s a big role, and holds a lot of responsibility. For more information please email our CEO, Kieran Goodwin, [email protected]
