The World Youth Organization have appointed their first Chief Operating Officer (COO), Jaylan Sesli – after a successful recruitment process and vote from the Board.
Jaylan Sesli BSc (Hons) has a wealth of experience in management, organisational development and a vibrant background in youth psychology. She was also a WYO Educate Mental Health Workshop Facilitator during the charity’s pilot program in 2018/19.
Sesli says, “It is an honour to be appointed Chief Operating Officer, at the World Youth Organization, a charity I have been passionate about since it’s inauguration in 2016. With my experience and knowledge I hope to expand WYOs operations and reach, especially focusing on WYO Educate Mental Health.”
